The Indians have signed 29-year old righty reliever Robinson Tejada to a minor league deal.  Tejada pitched in 9 games (0 starts) for the Royals last year and he was 0-1 with a 6.14 ERA and a 2.05 WHIP.  He also pitched in 31 games (0 starts) in AAA-ball last year and he was 0-3 with 1 save, a 3.80 ERA and a 1.22 WHIP.  Tejada has now pitched in 186 games (53 starts) in his first seven years in the majors and he is 23-27 with a 4.42 ERA and a 1.46 WHIP.  This was a good move for the Indians as Tejada will have a good chance of making the bullpen out of spring training.
